Can I have 6 shirts screen printed?
~ No. Screenprint minimums are generally 12 pieces, but other imprint options are possible.
What options for imprinting are available?
~ There are several options: screenprint, direct-to-garment print, embroidery, and heat press. Each has its own purpose and utility.
Screenprint – Uses layers of ink pushed through a screen to create an image. Then the garments are run through a dryer to set the ink. Each ink color must have its own screen. Minimum order of 12 pieces.
Direct-to-garment print – Prints ink to material similar to your average computer printer. Garments must be pre-treated before processing and then dried. Ink colors are unlimited, but the garment needs to be 100% ring-spun cotton. No minimum quantity.
Heat press – Vinyl material is cut and then placed by hand to the garment. Then the heat press applies heat and pressure to bond the two materials. Used for highly individualized orders, such as names and numbers for sports. No minimum quantity.
Embroidery – Sews designs or patches to apparel for a professional look. A great option for individuals and large groups. Minimum quantity of 12 applied to headwear.
What information do you need to make a quote?
~ There are a ton of variables that go into making a quote, but it is helpful to bring us the number of garments, the type of product desired, the type of imprint sought, and the artwork needed.
What files do you need for artwork?
~ For our purposes, we need editable files in a vector format such as layered AI and EPS. Other file types (PNG, JPG, PDF) are generally acceptable as long as they are high resolution, but they may be subject to a design fee.
What if I do not have artwork?
~ We have in-house designers who can create artwork for you. Artwork creation is charged by the hour spent creating or editing.
What is a digitization fee?
~ This one-time fee is applied to any new embroidery file. Embroidery machines do not read regular artwork files, so any new art must be converted to be read as stitches. The cost is based upon the size of the file.
How long will it take to receive my order?
~ Generally, we run at a two week production time upon artwork approval for all of our applications. When there is a change in production time, we will inform you at the time of placing an order. If an order is completed early, we will contact you as soon as possible. Note: If you plan to order during the holiday season, please order as early as possible in case of delays.
Can I host a fundraiser through you?
~ Yes, we do many fundraisers for sports teams, school districts, and race teams. We can host an online store that takes almost all the work out of running a fundraiser from you, and lets your group reap all the rewards.
Are you able to do engraving?
~ Yes! We have a laser engraver in-house and have imprinted on everything from antlers to wallets. One of our most popular engraving items is Grizzly mugs.
What kind of promotional items can you do?
~ We have access to over a million products and 4,300 suppliers, so it’s pretty safe to say anything is possible. We can find any item, whether you have a specific pen in mind or a general idea of a logoed flashlight.
Do you do window tint?
~ Yes, we do! We have chosen to use Xpel as our window tint supplier for their superior product and spectacular, transferable product guarantees. We can tint automobiles, tractors, and even building windows.
What it cost to tint my vehicle?
~ The cost is based on the number of windows you want to be tinted. Starting at $150 for two windows $250 for five windows. brow for $75.
Are you able to do window perforate?
~ Absolutely! We can create something for any size window, although the most popular is rear truck windows. It is a great option for privacy, while still being able to see out of it.
