Step One: Design

Use your logo, design idea, or one of our own creations to decorate your goods. Then select the items you would like on the store itself. If you’re totally lost, our years of experience can get you on the right track!

Step Two: Plan

Decide the other factors that will go into the online store: pricing and delivery. We are able to ship directly to the consumer or to one location for a fee. Locals can pick up their orders at our storefront.

Step Three: Launch

Take your store link and share it with your team and across social media. Promoting your store is the key to success, and the only way to make sales. Once the online store closes, there is no going back!

Step Four: Collect

When your newly decorated goods are ready, we sort and distribute according to your earlier selection. If you chose to run a fundraiser, your raised funds will be ready at the end of the campaign.

Frequently asked questions

How will the orders be delivered?

All stores have the default options to be picked up at our shop location and to have the store organizer deliver the orders. USPS shipping options are available upon request.

When will orders be ready?

Online stores have a turnaround time of 14 business days. Delivered order distribution depends on the store organizer. Immediately upon completion shipped orders will go out and orders picked up at our location will be available.

What happens if an item is backordered?

When an item is on backorder at the close of a store, we select the closest match to be able to fulfill the orders on time. If there is a major change, the customer will be contacted or given the option for a refund.

What happens if my online store does poorly?

When a store does not do well, we use our own discretion to fulfill the store or you will be required to order the difference. If required to do so, you will be aware at the beginning of the sale, and you will be billed separately for the additional items ordered.

How large should my audience size be?

Your audience size should be at least 50 people to get the best results. A group that size can usually hit minimum order requirements.

How can I help my online store perform well?

To put it simply, advertising your online store is the what helps it do well. You know who you are trying to sell to, so send out email blasts and make sure it is on all your socials. Have your audience share the fundraiser link and talk to people about it. Continually remind people of the closing date.
